Canada Summer Jobs: Youth Engagement Officer

Overview

As a Youth Engagement Officer, you’ll support and guide young people across Canada as they participate in meaningful, real-world learning experiences. You’ll help facilitate activities, contribute to program design, coordinate sessions, and support outreach—playing a direct role in making youth programming more inclusive, accessible, and impactful.


What You’ll Gain

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with diverse communities across Canada
  • Insight into nonprofit program delivery and evaluation


Who Can Apply

This role is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or refugees aged 15–30.

Ideal candidates are passionate about youth engagement and community impact, with strong communication skills, organization, and an interest in working with diverse youth populations. Experience working with youth or in program coordination is an asset.
